because that God sent his only begotten Son into the
world, that we might live through him.” (1 John 4:9)

Happy Birthday, April!

I remember this day 8 years ago! It was early in the morning and I saw the dark forms of the midwife and her assistant walking past our bedroom door with a big bag. Later I thought I heard a baby crying, but I didn’t want to get my hopes up yet. When I was sure that I had definitely heard a baby crying I woke up Alyssa & Julie! We lay in bed whispering until Dad came in the room and told us that April Jocelyn was here!! In a little bit we were allowed to go to Mom and Dad’s room to meet baby. πŸ™‚

Holding April for the first time on the morning she was born!
Happy 8th Birthday, April!!

This Month’s Highlight!

Sorry for being such a horrible blogger of late! I decided I had to post about the most exciting events before the lesser… πŸ˜‰ Little Ezra Joseph was born on the 7th! Mom was thrilled to be able to attend the birth. He is absolutely adorable!

On Friday morning we girls got to help Aunty Esther with our little cousins! The big girls babysat the kids at home while Aunty, Sam, Ezra, & I went to Sami’s doctor appointment. Later, Mom & the rest came to pick us up and meet Ezra.
